We are looking for silent auction and raffle donations for the 2019 All Academies Shootout. We are asking each family to donate a basket or raffle item. If you are able to make a donation, please sign up here. If you have already signed up, we thank you for your participation.

We will have a golf tournament meeting on September 7th to discuss volunteer positions at the golf tournament and to collect and assemble baskets. The golf tournament meeting will be held at the Pro Shop at Val Vista Lakes. Address is 1600 E. Lakeside Drive, Gilbert 85234.

You can bring your assembled basket and/or raffle items to the meeting or contact Carol Naramore to arrange a drop off location. We will also assemble baskets at the meeting. We will have baskets, cellophane, ribbon etc at the meeting if needed. Please bring a list of items in the basket and approximate value. This will help as we make bid sheets.
